Cin Cin Brindisi

For Wine Lovers from all over the world, Brindisi should be a most coveted and desired city: the Cin Cin Tour was conceived for them. Brindisi already has in its name the clink of glasses, the scent of wine’s must and the joy of being together.

We meet just outside the city in the direction of Taranto and, each with their own car, travel together to two wine producing cellars, each very different from the other. The first is an old Social Winery, converted over the years into a company characterised by the high quality of the wines, the refinement of the vineyards and production systems that combine tradition and innovation. The other winery, just a few kilometres away, is completely different in size and production system: a 100% organic winery that produces wine by selecting the grapes and refining it, with patience, in wooden barrels without adding sulphites or any other types of preservatives.

During the visits typical local products can be tasted, paired with three wines per cellar, highlighting the characteristics of each wine.
